Orders from Europe

Shipping time

All items will be sent out within 2 workdays of receiving the order. Should there be a delay, we will notify you per the email you provided (Please make sure you give us the right email!). The total shipping time depends on your location. In 95% of all cases the mailing will reach you in 1 to 2 weeks. In rare cases, especially around Christmas time, the packages may take a bit longer. In the unlikely event that your order just doesn't seem to make it, please get in touch with us. We have never completely lost a parcel, but in some freak cases it arrives a month late or returns to us. We usually can work out a good solution for everyone.

Shipping and handling costs

We try our best to keep the shipping and handling fees as simple and as low as possible and to always find the cheapest carrier for your order. However, in the last few years the postal services have really hiked their prices, which is why we recently had to increase our fees as well. Still, in almost all cases we pay more for the shipping than we even pass on to you.

We offer free shipping for orders of €50,- or more. For all other orders, we add the following shipping and handling fees during the checkout process, depending on the order sum:

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the goods you received are damaged or you are disappointed with a product for any other reason, we offer you an exchange free of charge or the reimbursement of your payment of said product.

To be eligible for this guarantee, you have to get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and resend them to us. And, by all means, let us know why you were dissatisfied. The returned product should be in its original condition or as close to it as possible. T-shirts and clothing must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Original tags must still be attached. Pack your item(s) in a shipping box or envelope and insure your package to the full value of merchandise. Please understand that we can only reimburse you or send you substitute products after we have received your returned package and that we cannot cover the postal charge for the return mailing.

We can only reimburse money in the form that you paid us.

Orders from outside of Europe
